Questions people ask us
How long does a screen replacement take?
Most phones are done in 45 minutes to an hour if the panel is in stock. For less common models we order the part and finish within one or two days.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Screens and batteries carry a 3 to 6 month warranty depending on the part, and board-level repairs carry 30 days. Physical or water damage after repair is not covered.
Will my data be safe?
We do not need your password for most repairs. Where we do, we take a backup first, and the phone stays in a sealed tray with your token number.
Are your phones PTA approved?
Every new and used phone we sell is PTA approved. We show you the IMEI status on the DIRBS site before you pay.
Can I see the diagnosis before paying?
Checking is free. We tell you the problem and the exact price on WhatsApp, and only start work after you say yes.
Do you deliver products outside Lahore?
Yes, all over Pakistan with cash on delivery. Accessories reach in 2 to 4 days. Large appliances are delivered in Lahore only.
Do you buy old phones?
Yes. Bring your phone with its box if you have it, and we will give you a price on the spot or adjust it against a new phone.
Can you repair water damage if the phone was put in rice?
Often yes, but rice wastes time. Switch the phone off, do not charge it, and bring it in the same day for the best chance.
