Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Hand wash is better for the coating. The steel inside is fine with hot water and soap.
Is it safe for hot drinks?
Yes. It keeps chai and soup hot for up to 12 hours. Open carefully.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery works across Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer or JazzCash before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad usually take 2 days. Other cities take 3 to 4 days.
What if something is wrong with it?
Tell us within 7 days. We replace faulty pieces free and pay the courier both ways.
