Delivery, returns and privacy
Sample policies for a made-up store. A real store would adjust these to its own terms.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Usual delivery time: same day in Karachi in major cities; other cities take one or two days more.

Grocery orders in Lahore can be booked in delivery slots at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
Fresh items can be returned at the door if you are not happy with quality. Packed items can be returned within 2 days if unopened.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo.
- We arrange pickup or tell you where to send it.
- Refunds go to your bank account within 5 working days of receiving the item.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available on all orders. Bank transfer orders get 5% off; account details are sent on WhatsApp after the order is confirmed. We never ask for card numbers or OTP codes on WhatsApp.
Privacy
We use your name, phone number and address only to deliver your order and contact you about it. Wishlist and cart are saved on your own device. We do not sell or share your details.
Terms
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include taxes. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch.
