Vegetable prices fall as winter supply arrives

Wholesale prices for tomatoes and onions in Lahore fell for the second week in a row as the first winter crop reached the market.

Traders at the main wholesale market said lorries were arriving from nearby districts every morning, and the glut had pushed prices down sharply.
