Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use navifexpro.com or work with Navifex Pro ("we", "us"). By hiring us you agree to them, together with the written proposal or invoice we send you.

Our services

We provide social media management, content creation, Meta and Google Ads management, SEO, website development, video editing, AI chatbots and lead generation. The exact work, timeline and price for your project are written in your proposal or invoice. Anything not listed there is outside the agreed scope and may be quoted separately.

Payments

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless your invoice says otherwise.
• Payment terms (advance, milestones or monthly) are written on your invoice. Work starts once the first payment is received.
• Advertising budgets you spend on Meta, Google or other platforms are separate from our fee and are paid by you.

What we need from you

To do good work we need timely access to your accounts, your logo and brand details, product information and approvals. Delays in these can move the timeline.

Approvals and revisions

We share designs and content for approval before they go live. The number of revision rounds is written in your proposal. Content you approve can be published as approved.

Ownership

Your social media pages, ad accounts, domain and website belong to you. Once a project is fully paid, the final designs, content and website files we made for you are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We work hard to grow your business and report our results honestly, but no agency can guarantee exact sales, rankings or followers, because platforms and markets change. We never promise guaranteed results.

Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly services continue month to month. You can stop at any time by telling us before your next billing date. Fees already paid for work done are not refundable.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and use it only for your project. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Partner program

Partners earn a commission only on clients who pay in full. Commission rates, payout timing and rules are shown on the Earn with us page and may change; we will tell partners before any change.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
